Service Terms & Conditions

Access

  • Gates must be unlocked on service day

  • Dogs must be secured or kept indoors during service

Scheduling

  • We will send a text reminder before each visit

  • Service occurs weekly or semimonthly on the day of the week

  • Severe weather may shift service within the same week

Missed Visits

  • If we miss a visit due to our error, we’ll reschedule or issue a credit

  • If service cannot be completed due to access issues, no refund is issued

Safety

  • We do not handle or interact with pets. Service may be skipped if a dog is present in the yard

  • We will double check the gate and yard before leaving and send a photo confirmation after each visit

Billing

  • Automatic monthly prepaid billing

  • Invoices issued prior to each service month

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime
