No. As long as we have yard access, you do not need to be home. We’ll secure gates and send a confirmation after each visit.

We love dogs. However, for the safety of your pets and our team, dogs must be kept indoors or secured during service.

In general we provide service on a weekly and semi-monthly basis. This ensures consistent cleanliness and prevents buildup.
If you prefer a different schedule or a one time cleaning, please give us a call to discuss your needs.

We serve San Francisco neighborhoods, including the Richmond, Sunset, Presidio, Pacific Heights and the Marina. We will add additional areas as routes expand.

No. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Service is billed monthly in advance with autopay for convenience. You’ll receive an invoice before the start of each service month via Stripe, a secure payment system.

If a visit is missed due to our error, we will reschedule promptly or issue a credit.
If service cannot be completed due to access issues (locked gate, dog present), we can schedule a new one time visit for a small fee.

Yes, we offer one-time cleanups for a custom price. One-time services are priced based on the size of the yard and amount of waste.
